Jody Vyner holds nurturing singing circles and workshops in and around Sussex. She shares a range of songs, including her own and teaches everything by ear. Her circles aren't about being perfectly in tune or in time, they are about turning up just as you are and giving yourself the chance to really check in, connect and be held by the words and harmonies shared. The fact that you can also have fun or create something that sounds amazing is a beautiful product of that.

She is also a psychotherapist and has a real interest in people's stories and how that can impact their experiences in the world. Combining her love of singing and songwriting with her deep knowledge and experience of psychotherapy, there is always a therapeutic element to her singing circles which you can choose to lean into and there is always a moment to step into the centre of the circle and soak up the beautiful sound around you.
