Sing for Water is an incredible event, founded by Helen Chadwick, that happens in London once a year in September. Choirs from all over the country learn the same, often water related, songs and join together for a massed choir concert, with over 800 singers at the southbank by the River Thames. All the participants are responsible for raising as much money as possible via personal sponsership, a mininum of £50 per singer. As well as all the other donations that are recoeved on the day and after as a result of the event, a large amount of money is raised for this wonderful charity.
